Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who gets things done, thrives on solving complex problems, and is equally fluent with customers and engineers.
This is an individual contributor role with wide scope and high impact. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch, shaping the product foundation at a pivotal stage. You’ll partner with engineering, founders, and customers to define priorities, validate solutions, and deliver features that create measurable value. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a space that is both commercially vital and socially important.
As a core member of our early product team, you’ll:
- Drive adoption and value realization for customers using the platform.
- Define, track, and act on the metrics that demonstrate product and business impact.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap by applying judgment, tradeoffs, and prioritization across competing inputs.
- Partner closely with engineering to foster a unified product-engineering culture.
Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Customer Insight: Translate customer pain points into actionable solutions using frameworks like JTBD; validate with experiments, metrics, and structured feedback.
- Execution & Delivery: Own initiatives end-to-end, from requirements to launch to deliver tangible outcomes.
- Judgment & Tradeoffs: Identify options, define tradeoffs, and make decisions that balance speed, quality, scope, and impact.
- Metrics & Outcomes: Define, track, and analyze product metrics to guide decisions, measure success, and communicate results to leadership.
- UX & Governance: Ensure intuitive, accessible user (and ideally DX) experiences while embedding AI governance and compliance best practices into the product.
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner across engineering, sales, marketing, and partnerships to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of product management experience with multiple full product builds.
- Background in engineering or product QA/support preferred; hands-on understanding of software development.
- Experienced applying product frameworks (JTBD, metrics-driven roadmaps) in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities across a broad customer base.
- Familiarity with GRC, compliance, or AI governance is a strong plus.
- Strong grasp of metrics, A/B testing, validation, and structured customer feedback.
- Experience with UX, including accessibility and usability considerations.
- Exceptional problem solving and judgment, able to connect product, engineering, and customer needs to business priorities.
