About The Role

We are looking for a hungry, strategic, and analytical B2B marketing leader who can grow into the CMO role at a fast-growing, mission-oriented startup!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define an overall marketing strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver high-impact content, campaigns, events, etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing technology startup. You will work in a fast-paced, exciting environment with talented teammates, collaborating closely with our C-Suite and founders. And you will make a meaningful impact while deepening your expertise in a field that is mission-oriented and increasingly important: responsible AI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Optimize Channels and Messaging: identify, test, and scale high-impact channels and messaging based on audience engagement and ROI.

  • Analyze Marketing Performance: use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to report and analyze performance data, dynamically optimizing strategies for growth.

  • Conduct Competitive Analysis: continually review the market and key trends in the competitive landscape; clearly articulate FairNow’s valprop relative to market.

  • Create Marketing Collateral: produce high-impact content across digital, social media, email, and web platforms, managing overall brand positioning.

  • Manage Website: oversee and enhance the company’s WordPress website, collaborating with contractors and the internal engineering team as needed.

  • Manage Paid Campaigns: create paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on measurable ROI and lead acquisition costs.

  • Organize Events/Speaking: plan and execute impactful events (webinars, conferences) that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

  • Nurture Leads: build scalable programs using marketing automation platforms.

  • Implement Innovative Technologies: continuously test and integrate emerging marketing technologies, techniques, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

  •  7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech startup marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing and website tools including WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, SEMRush, Buffer, and Divi Builder
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Exceptional data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with performance marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates across funnel)
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Linkedin, etc.) with experience in running ROI-positive campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
